    地址编码格式更新 — CIP-37
    — 修改 Conflux 外部地址格式(0x 开头)，使其区别于以太坊地址，以避免混淆及非预期资产损失；
    — 地址二进制值保持不变，与目前 Conflux 网络完全兼容。
    ADDRESS UPDATE — Format (CIP-37)
    — The format of Conflux external addresses (beginning with 0x) will be modified to differentiate them from Ethereum addresses. This will help reduce confusion and unintended loss of assets.
    — The binary value of the addresses will be unchanged and remain compatible with the Conflux Network.

    —Enable bi-directional interoperability between Conflux and other ecosystems like BSC, OKExChain and Heco.

    — 支持链上随机性；支持更多加密和签名方法（使 MetaMask 等其他 Web3 钱包可与 Conflux 网络进行交互）；
    — 基于质押投票提升共识的终局性。共识将升级为“PoW + Finality”，消除极端情况下遭受 51% 算力攻击的风险。
    NETWORK UPGRADE
    — Support on-chain randomness. Support more encryption and signature schemes ( Enableing other Web3 wallets like MetaMask to interact with Conflux Network).
    — Finality upgrade based on staked voting. Consensus upgraded to PoW + Finality which will eliminate the possibility of 51% attacks.
